Crafted Just for You

The Bespoke Process

Designing a bespoke piece of jewellery should feel as special and personal as the piece itself. Our process is relaxed, collaborative, and guided by decades of experience. From the first conversation to the final polish, we're here to create something truly meaningful — together.

From concept to completed piece, the entire process typically takes between 6 to 8 weeks, allowing time for thoughtful design, ethical sourcing, expert handcrafting, and those all-important finishing touches.

Step 1

Consultation & Concept

It all begins with a chat.

Over a cup of tea or coffee, we’ll sit down and talk through your ideas, stories, and inspirations. This is a relaxed, informal process — no pressure, just a conversation. As we talk, we’ll start sketching, sharing ideas, and exploring creative directions.

You don’t need to have it all figured out — that’s what we’re here for.

Step 2

Design & Visualisation

Next, we bring your ideas to life using CAD (Computer-Aided Design), creating realistic 3D visuals of your bespoke piece so you can see exactly how it will look before it’s made.

You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and suggest any changes. Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do — after all, it’s your jewellery, so it should be just how you want it.

We'll advise you on any requested changes, letting you know whether they’re possible, practical, and how they may affect the final piece.

Step 3

Sourcing the Perfect Materials

With the design finalised, we begin sourcing the best materials to suit your vision and budget.

We only work with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality and ethics — from fair trade gemstones to responsibly sourced metals. You also have the option to recycle your own gold or heirloom jewellery, making your piece even more meaningful.

With over 30 years of experience, we ensure your bespoke jewellery is crafted with the highest quality materials available.
