How the Draw Works

Entering the Prize Competition:

1. Select: Navigate to our website and choose the competition you wish to enter.
2. Participate: Enter the quantity amount (50 Max limit) and complete your ticket purchase online.
3. Winning Announcement: Winners are directly contacted via the phone number provided during the entry. Email notifications are also sent to the address given at purchase.

Duration of Competitions:
Competitions conclude on the draw date and time specified for each event.

Time-Limited Competitions:
A live countdown timer indicates the remaining time for each competition. Draws may occur ahead of schedule if tickets sell out before the countdown ends. Early draw notifications, including new dates and times, will be sent via email.

Entry Limits:

• Paid Entries: You can purchase up to 50 tickets per competition.

Winner Selection:
Winners are chosen through Google’s Random Number Generator to ensure fairness.

Receiving Your Ticket Number:
Ticket numbers are emailed to participants. If you do not see them in your inbox, please check your junk folder. Entrant names and their corresponding ticket numbers are published on our site before the draw.

Claiming Your Prize:

Prizes: Will be posted to the address provided at the time of purchase or can be collected in person, based on the winner's preference. All postal deliveries are made via signed-for delivery to ensure security and peace of mind.

Cash Prizes: Transferred directly to the winner’s bank account within 24 hours of the draw.

Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of the Organizer, their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter.

Entry Period: The competition begins on 27/07/2024 at 0:00 and closes on 25/10/2024 at 0:00. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: Participants can enter the competition by purchasing a ticket at a cost of £2.95 per ticket. A 50 ticket limit is placed on the number of entries per person. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

Prize: The prize consists of a Gorgeous four-leafed clover designed lab-grown diamond ring, with customization options provided by the Organizer. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Organizer’s discretion.

Winner Selection: A winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated selection process. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 3 days following selection. The Organizer shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect contact information.

Charity Donation: 20% of the profits from the competition will be donated to the Tenovus Cancer Care charity.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the competition is impaired in any way, the Organizer may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the competition to address the impairment and then resume the competition, or (b) award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Data Protection: By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their competition entry, and for the purposes outlined in these T&Cs.

Compliance with Law: The competition and these T&Cs will be governed by UK Gambling Commission, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
